let's get to know each other
Tabitha Gray
I have been a professional photographer capturing special moments for families in North Texas for over ten years. During that time, I have also worked as a freelance photojournalist with local publications. Along with hands on field experience, I also have Bachelors of Fine Art in Photography and a Masters in Journalism focusing on photojournalism. My educational background supports a strong documentary style that is elevated with a fine art flare.
" There is one thing a photograph must contain, and that is the humanity of the moment."
- Robert Frank
When I am not photographing families and events, I can also be found in the classroom. I also teach high school Art and Yearbook classes. Teaching the next generation the art of photography and photojournalism has become such a joy and meaningful. Photography has the ability to touch on so many different levels - family histories, creating art, and documenting local newsworthy events. The power of a image can spark ideas and feelings in the next generation.
